Recording operator changes. In any action tab (especially Campaigns to create) download the CSV, fill set_bid / set_daily_budget / set_asins with what you ACTUALLY set, mark done=yes, then re-upload via that tab’s “⬆ Upload” button. The portal stores your overrides and shows “operator set” beside each recommendation, so it knows what changed.

Category market size & your share

Upload your Orders report (ASIN-level monthly sales) in Step 1, then anchor on one category whose market share you know. The engine sizes every category from the Brand Analytics demand mix, computes your share, and shows the rupee whitespace. Sales are read from your orders file; market sizes are modelled, so treat them as directional.

Tracking & learning

Week on week

Saving a snapshot commits this week's decisions into the engine's memory. Next week it checks your new data against that memory — repeat waste that never got fixed, winners that slipped, and bid-downs the fix rescued all surface in the Lessons tab.

Saving stores ACoS / GV / conversion vs target and folds every flagged term into the ledger.
